My fiance Seth Rosenthal and I recently moved to the Heath area, and my fiance's grandmother was looking into a modular home so she could move here too, so we said we would try and price it out for her. After looking at the website and getting no information on any sort of price, we figured we would stop by the model home because we pass it frequently when going out shopping. We also reached out via email from Seth's email several days ago with no response, so figured stopping by in person would be a good idea to at least start communication. When my fiance and I stopped by the model home today it was around 3pm. We looked around, and only found someone in a back room, who said they'd send Pete down. After a few minutes, Pete came down, and we explained the situation. While he seemed friendly enough, the estimate he presented us was out of our price range, and we left feeling discouraged because we felt we could have saved the trip. The model home seemed nice but definitely felt like construction wise it wasnt the best. We decided to look elsewhere, but because of the atmosphere and overall unhelpfulness, I rated the place 3 stars.

The Home Store was very helpful. They detailed what I was getting and then itemized the prices. They gave me a detailed list of the tasks I’d need to do to complete the contracting work, something very few companies do. Also, they did a good job correcting a couple of warranty items. I’d definitely buy a home again from them.

I have seen some of the homes being sold by The Home Store and can say I am proud to be a partner with them. The efforts in detail by The Home Store that go into the sale, design, manufacturing and completion are unmatched in this industry. Patrick and Dave are very professional sales people with the knowledge you need to design the true Custom Modular Home.

We are nearing completion of our new home on Cape Cod. The Home Store has provided excellent service from helping to modify the layout of our open space modular home (including my dream kitchen) to drop setting the modular sections on the foundation. A snafu was encountered, through no fault of The Home Store, when the original manufacturer, Excel, went bankrupt, just before the manufacture of our home was to start. The Home Store stepped up and demonstrated their strong customer service by finding a new manufacturer who could construct our original design with only a short delay and by paying to correct errors by the new manufacturer. I recommend The Home Store highly!!

The Home Store built my home in 2014 and its people worked tirelessly through the winter to get us into our new home within our timeframe. When I had issues come up a year later and small issues here and there, Andy Gianino and Patrick Falla made sure whatever I needed was completed timely. I am very, very happy with the service I received, and I received the quality I paid for. My house is solid and this company has great integrity. I do not think you will find another person in the business who knows more about modular homes than Andy. I happen to be a real estate lawyer and with that specific knowledge, I highly recommend The Home Store.

We are still in the process of building our home, the Home Store and it's contractors have all worked together with us to help us continue to complete our home and to make sure everything is completed as specified.The Home Store has worked hard to correct any issues that arise as a result of Excel Homes filing for bankruptcy which was out of their control. We hope to be in our new home soon and trust completely that the Home Store will work with us to make that happen.

I built a new, 5,000+ sq ft home outside of Boston in 2011 with the Home Store. Andy Gianino, the owner, and his team, were incredibly helpful every step along the way. Their designs and templates made the process straightforward, and I easily saved over $100k along the way. Andy was also very helpful after completion, with support and advice even to this day. If/when I build another house, it'll likely be with The Home Store.

I had the Home Store build me a home 2 years ago. The process was relatively painless and progressed along at a good pace. There have not been any major problems since I've moved in and any minor glitches were addressed promptly by their excellent crew.

What an incredible first time experience with The Home Store. As a Development Company, we had decided to try to replace an existing home, that was in much needed repair with a modular home. The Home Store's staff, particularly Dave Lewis were all OUTSTANDING! The process was totally turn key and simple. All changes that we wanted to make to the house was accommodated. The finished product was of high quality and more importantly delivered on time. Modular homes have come so far that they are hard to tell the difference from a home built on site. I have yet to have The Home Store build me a house but I'm going to based on our visit to their place in Whately, MA last weekend. We talked with Patrick at length. Great guy, very helpful and informative. My concerns were addressed and the model homes are impressive. The best thing about it is the floor plans are not set in stone, they're willing to work with you to get you what you want. We'll be moving forward with the plans soon. The cost savings is impressive.
