Directions:
Our Model Home Center is located on Route 5 in Whately, MA.
From the south:
Take I-91 North to Exit 30, Whately. Go right off the ramp onto Route 5 North. We are located two miles ahead on the left.
From the north:
Take I-91 South to Exit 32, Whately. Take a left off the ramp onto Route 5 South. We are located 1/2 a mile ahead on the right.
From the east or west:
Connect to Route 5 and proceed per above.
Why Visit?
Our Model Home Center features two model modular homes. One model is the Whately 1, a 2,400-square-foot two-story with a mud room and lots of upscale features, including a vaulted foyer.
Our second model is the Sugarloaf 5, a 1,650-square-foot, award winning T-ranch. In addition to seeing our model homes, you will receive copies of our modular home plans and modular home prices.

Our model home center is located at 70 Paramount Road in Selinsgrove, PA.
From the south:
Use Route 15 North from the Harrisburg area to Selinsgrove. Take first Selinsgrove exit at route 35, make a right onto market street. Turn left at the 4th Stop light onto 522 South. Make the first right onto Bridge street and then another immediate right onto Paramount Road.
From the north:
Use Route 15 South from the Lewisburg area or Route 11 South from the Danville area to Selinsgrove. Take first Selinsgrove exit onto 522 South. Make the first right onto Bridge street and then another immediate right onto Paramount Road.
From the east:
Use Interstate 80 West to Pa Route 11 South from the Danville area to Selinsgrove. Take first Selinsgrove exit onto 522 South. Make the first right onto Bridge street and then another immediate right onto Paramount Road.
From the west:
Use Interstate 80 East to Pa Route 15 South from the Lewisburg area to Selinsgrove. Take first Selinsgrove exit onto 522 South. Make the first right onto Bridge street and then another immediate right onto Paramount Road.

This 1960 square foot, 1-1/2 story home offers a modern custom kitchen with quartz countertop, large pantry, oversized walk-in tile shower, plank flooring and many other upgrades. In addition to seeing this model home, you will find other models that are available or sit down with a design professional to begin the process to create your dream home.
